Cimarron Medical Campus
The 75,280 square foot office building is situated on the corner of Warm Springs and Cimarron Rd, boasting a striking appearance with its unique architectural features. The exterior of the building is embellished with Coronado stone accents and a color palette of the building features shades of blues and greys from Dunn Edwards, providing a modern and sleek look that is both inviting and professional. The large tube steel canopy is a standout feature that adds a touch of industrial style to the design, while also providing a sheltered entryway.

The entryway also boasts spandrel glass, with vast amounts of glazing at the entry way which provides ample natural light into the building lobby and creates a seamless transition between the interior and exterior spaces.
